All orders placed are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing (not including shipping time). In some cases, processing time may be longer - you can find updates on this on our socials, and in email newsletters. At any point if there is a concern, or you want to RUSH your order - please email aurorasboheme@gmail.com with your request.

- Once I drop off your order to USPS, I am no longer responsible for the timing/delays that may occur. USPS can have slow times - and I am in NO control of this! Please contact USPS directly if you have an issue with your order arriving.

What material are your posts made from?
- All posts are surgical grade stainless steel + 24k or 18k Gold Plated. For Silver, I strictly use Surgical Grade Stainless steel. If you have a metal preference - most of the time, I can accomodate. Please email me at aurorasboheme@gmail.com

Are they heavy?
- Absolutely not! Polymer clay is a very lightweight material. This is one of the biggest reasons I use Polymer Clay.

Do you offer collab discounts/brand ambassador deals?
-Not currently at this time. I am SO excited that you want to work with Aurora Boheme. For now, I am unable to offer this. Possibly in the future! Thank you for loving my work enough to ask!

How durable are the earrings?!
- For the most part, the earrings are very durable. However - you should care for them as though they are delicate. Detailed floral pieces CAN BREAK if you are not using care. Do not put anything heavy on your earrings, do not put them in a bag and then place more things on top of them (Ahem, girlies and our purses! haha) Do not wear them swimming, in the shower or sleeping. Do not leave them out in excessive heat/sun. You can clean your earrings with a wet wipe - OR (For makeup) use acetone on a q-tip and lightly wipe away makeup. Do not do this excessively as it can alter the earring itself.

- Once your earrings have arrived to you, what happens to them is not my responsibility. Unless it arrives damaged, please do not inquire for a return or refund. I simply cannot be held responsible for earrings that were not properly cared for.

I take great care to ensure every piece is made to last generations. These pieces of jewelry are hand crafted - and unique, and should be treated as such for a lifetime!
